The Alex Street Team can help.

Whether you’re unsure where to begin, actively seeking guidance, or well on your way, the Street Team is here to support you every step of your journey.

Our team is comprised of Peer Support Workers, who bring valuable lived experience with addiction, mental health, and homelessness, as well as Social Workers, who can help you access and navigate a variety of resources. Together, we provide wrap-around care and an individualized approach, empowering you to make the best decisions for your path forward.
